Your wedding enquiry
The form asks for your names and email address. Wedding date, venue and a message are optional. Share only the information you want Allan to use when discussing your wedding.
When you submit the form, the website sends these details to Allan’s email inbox through Resend. Short-lived security counters limit repeated submissions to help prevent automated spam. A confirmation means the email delivery service accepted your enquiry; it does not reserve your wedding date.
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request and discuss a possible booking. Email sent to hello@tessera-art.co.uk is received through Apple iCloud Mail. This website does not add enquiry details to a mailing list.
Website services and video
The website is hosted through Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security services process connection information needed to deliver and protect the site. Typefaces are supplied by Adobe Fonts.
The film loads from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player only when you choose to play it. Loading the player connects your browser to YouTube. You can read Google’s privacy information for that service.
Guest photographs and booking correspondence
The wedding guest photo collection is a separate part of the Tessera experience. Before sharing photographs or booking, ask Allan for the privacy information that applies to collection, use, access, storage and deletion of those photographs, and to the retention of booking correspondence.
Questions about your data
You can contact Allan to ask about information held about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern about its use. The rights that apply depend on the information and why it is held. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
